To the seller: The instructions say to keep refrigerated below 46 degrees. This came regular mail, no ice pack or anything to keep it cold. Is it safe to use?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
This product which "requires refrigeration" will arrive after days of traveling, HOT, completely HOT. The packaging does NOT keep the bottles cool AT ALL. The bacteria in these probiotics most likely is completely non-viable, after traveling for days and days in the hot summer weather, and most likely left in your yard in the sun, like mine was. When you write a message to the seller, they DO NOT EVEN REPLY. This product is also NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND! Cannot even express how unhappy I am with this company/product.
