Perfect for fans of Pandemic
This is awesome if you love Pandemic but you want a more streamlined smaller version of the game. It's quick to pick up and it's very fun! It's very collaborative but since it's so small, it can be played very quickly, unless you amp up the rules. I love it!

Stay away from the video instruction explanation
I saw this game before Christmas and it caught my eye, and the other day I noticed a sale price so I purchased it. The idea of a cooperative game is very captivating, and after playing it a couple of times, lots of great fun. First game we lost, but learned a lot, and the second game we won. I'm celebrating the sweetness of victory by writing this review. There is a scan code on the rules booklet that supposedly clarifies the rules...frankly, after watching it, it is so confusing to a first time user that I just wanted to get rid of this game. There are infection cards and then there is an infection playing card, and the two need real clarification to a newbie player. So, read the rules, and then play a practice game or two to get the feel of it. Things fall into place, and that is pretty common with many board games nowadays. Lots of fun, and the cooperation is friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable.

Great gameplay, cards too small. Good for kids!
This is a good compact version of Pandemic. It adds crisis events, which add a nice twist and difficulty to the game. There are only 3 diseases (4 cards needed to cure), 4 roles, and no research centers except Atlanta. The cards are tiny. It made the game too hard for us to play. They are about 50% the size of a standard card. This might be best for kids to play due to the small card size.

Pandemic lite done just right
It's a moderately simplified version of pandemic that is a bit easier to learn and much quicker than the original, but without dumbing it down to the point that it loses the feel and strategy of the original. Not the right version for a hardcore gamer, but for quicker gameplay, slightly younger ages, intro to real strategy games, etc., it is perfect.

Beginner Pandemic
The quality for the price is great. Its a intro to pandemic and plays quickly. It fell a little flat for us because it just wasn't enough game and I don't know how much replayability it will have. Its good to help teach pandemic but if you want a game to get some play out of I would recommend just going to pandemic or for a family experience the forbidden (island, desert) series or horrified.

Was fun! Good for kiddos
It’s a good board game, the small brother of the original one. It is like a simplified version, but with very similar mechanics. It was easy to learn and to explain, I was playing with kids 5-6 years old, and they understand it and were able to play it with a bit of help. So I think like a 8 years old kid will have no problem at all. I enjoyed it. But for adults I strongly recommend the “big” one.

Pandemic for 2
Most of the "big box" versions of Pandemic are best 3+. This one plays very well at two, plus it runs very quickly. It's always nice to have a cooperative game that plays well at two without it requiring a forklift to get the miniature/standee/card laden box off the shelf.

Slimmed down and more portable version of the classic
Pandemic is rightfully one of the best reviewed games of all time. This cooperative game is easy to learn and play. This version is a simplified game perfect for travelling or beginner level players!

Le.jeu est bien! Il est fait pour les personnes qui commencent à jouer à pandémie. Nous nous sommes ennuyés car pas assez de challenge par rapport au jeux régulier avec des extensions.

This should be the standard version for families. It shrinks the original pandemic thus making it much faster to play and easier to learn since a couple rules are simplified. For gamers and not, this game is really great. I like having a quick yet interesting and fun coop to play when we don't have time for a longer game. Notes: - With 2 players the game is almost impossible to lose - but worry not, simply re add one of the epidemics to the deck (dividing the deck into four as in normal pandemic) and it will be much more interesting. - There's a free print and play version on the publishers website - There's also an official variant to play solitaire controlling three characters, it's actually quite good.
