Good BP cuff...with one exception...
Just received this yesterday and I will admit, it is extremely easy to setup and use. The screen is nice sized and the numbers are large and easy to read. I read other reviews indicating that there was an issue with the date resetting every time it was turned on. I am having that issue as well. It’s very annoying to fully charge it, program the date, and the next morning turn it on and the date has reset back to 2018. That’s pretty irritating but not a deal breaker. The overall quality is still good. Just wish I didn’t have to set the date before each test.

Updated to 4 stars. There are some quirks with this unit but still very good
UPDATE: I've been using this regularly for over 3 months now. I just leave it on all the time and it goes into sleep mode. I would estimate 70-80 BPs taken a battery still has plenty of charge and hasn't been recharged yet. The date/time stays current if the power is not switched off. The downloadable phone app doesn't work that well, often the BP recordings don't get received by the phone app, but that's just not a big issue. My Dr. usually only wants ten days of measurements when I visit every 3 months, and since the monitor stores 60 BPs I just write them down. The unit will record BP for two separate people if needed. After repeated uses I just leave the arm strap velcroed together and I position the same each time, so the BP readings have been more accurate and stable. I'm very satisfied after 3 months.-------------I'll start by saying that at $85 it's a little higher price point than many other BP monitors so I was expecting a little more. It is nice to have a rechargeable battery versus always needing to plugin to operate. Customer service states it will take about 50 BPs per charge. There is no cuff size that you can specify when ordering on Amazon - the one I received was an adult large which is almost too large for my average man arm. Second, this monitor is specific for the left arm although greatergoods.com customer service says it can be used on either arm, but that put the monitor in a somewhat awkward position when used on the right arm. They do have good customer service.Operating the monitor is not intuitive but can be learned with a few repeated uses. There is a date time setting but it does not retain the information if the power switch is turned off. Customer service says the unit will go into sleep mode to preserve the battery and does not need to be turned off, but I find this unacceptable and software fix is needed, and I know it has non-volatile memory because the unit retains BP history when turned off. There is a Bluetooth phone app which pairs with the monitor, which keeps BP history and can be used to save info to a file which can be sent to your doctor if needed.Bottom line, this unit should save date/time info permanently and be easily interchangeable between arms for a 5 star rating.

Finally! A BP Monitor with ALL the features you need!
I have high blood pressure and have been managing it for sometime. Therefore, I own a number of monitors as I've tried a bunch out. This is the first one that checks all of the boxes. It's affordable, portable, easy to use, and Greater Goods makes high quality, long lasting products.Packaging is consistent with their other products. Brown, eco-friendly looking packaging. Warranty info as well as the cause this purchase supports is included.Set-up is a snap. Download the Balance Health App, which is a great app. It will walk you though and even provide you an instruction video if you want. It integrates seamlessly with Apple Health if that's your thing. The cuff fits my arm comfortably and has orientation instructions on it. Taking your blood pressure is as simple as hitting a button. I'm sure you could figure it out without the instructions if you wanted, it's that simple. The display is nice and easy to read as well. Clear at any angle. Once your reading is taken, it sends it to the app and you're ready to go.The rechargeable battery and travel case means I can throw this in a bag and take it while I travel and not have to worry about replacing batteries or filling up a landfill with them.I highly recommend this monitor. I had a larger cuff that needed to sit on a table along with a smaller wrist-sized one that didn't have bluetooth. This replaces them both.

Oh so easy to use.
This is my third blood pressure monitor and is my favorite. I started with a wrist based style but didn't think it was all that accurate. Next came a cuff and remote unit style which did seem accurate but was kind of a pain to use as the hose tended to attract the attention of my cats who thought it was a play thing. Also I had to unplug the hose and pack it away after every use. This arm based all in one is really easy to use and give the same reading as my cuff and remote unit. What I like best is that I don't have to deal with the hose vs cat situation so I can leave the unit out on my night stand so I end up using it more. The app associated with it is good at tracking my progress as I continue my weight loss/exercise journey. It's really convenient to just upload the data using blue tooth instead of typing the data in. It's awesome.

Easy To Use BP Monitor
This monitor is very easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, the first monitor I got did not work. It would start to inflate but then gave up and gave me an error message. Customer service is where the company, Greater Good, really shines. As soon as I let them know about the problem they shipped out another monitor. That one worked perfectly. Any product that's manufactured can have a defective part, which is what this appeared to be. The question is how does the company stand behind the product and Greater Good was great with their response.
