KB Covers World of Warcraft Keyboard Cover for MacBook, MacBook Air 13-Inch and MacBook Pro, Clear with Colored Buttons (WOW-M-CC-2)

Let me be clear I didn't buy mine on Amazon because I wanted to see if I bought mine somewhere else if it would fit on the new Retina display 13in keyboard, none of them do. They are all the same, they are not too thick the problem is that they are too wide. I'm including pictures to show how I fixed the issue. The keyboard cover is as thick, or thin as any keyboard cover because I was getting it to replace another I had that actually fits my keyboard. (I bought my Mac brand new in 2016). The only issue I had with the WoW keyboard cover was that it was too wide on the edges, but it is fixable with a box cutter or an exatoknife. You just need to put the cover on your keyboard, draw a line where the edge of your keyboard ends, take it off and place it somewhere safe to cut, and cut where you drew your line. Then it will fit. My pictures of before, during and after are included. OR, you can wait until someone finally makes one for our keyboard size. But that may be a while. But I love mine.

The cover sits on the keys well and typing is fine. If you are planning to use this on an older MBP (the ones that had DVD drives built-in) you'll be fine. But if you plan to use this on a newer MBP Retina, the clear border that comprises the edge of the cover makes it impossible to close the lid with the cover on. So when they say that it will fit the MBP Retina, they are not being entirely honest. It will fit, and you can use it. You just can't leave it on the keyboard and carry around the computer without it being a problem.
