I have been wanting to try new hot sauce for awhile now and after watching hot ones a few times I came across spicy shark. After reading the description I determined gamma catah was the one for me and it did not disappoint. It’s HOT! but the flavor is Smokey and tomato and other spices work well. This will be my go to till it runs out.

I was looking for a smoked southern style hot sauce that did not sacrifice flavor for heat....Well friends, I have found the perfect sauce in Hammah Gatah! This sauce has a wonderful cajun flavor and a touch of smoke with the best balance of heat on the palate. Just when you think this sauce is all flavor and not heat, BAM, it smacks you in all the right ways; as a wonderfully craft made hot sauce should. Once I finished my meal, with ample amounts of this sauce, I wanted more so I continued to dip my bread in the sauce left on my plate. I highly recommend this sauce to anyone who is looking for great flavor and an awesome heat profile.

As a chilihead for several years, I love certain types of chiles for flavor. This particular brand was minus the Ghost pepper and was a little sweet. I do love sweet only on a Thai chili flavor. However on my regular foods absolutely not. While this chili sauce is very Hot, the smokies and sweet flavor not so good. I think for know if I want a mixture of Chili's I will stick withSteve O's Insanely Hot Destroyer. This particular brand doesn't have a pour control aspect in it as it's in a mixed solid liquid form. However if you are a chili head ho for it. Definitely not for novices, unless you have a spoon of suger and a good heartburn relief meds ready for use. Try the fast acting ones. Enjoy!

I want to first off say I make my own hot sauce from peppers I grow, and this one is no joke tasty and spicy!!! I love the addition of 7PP!!!! Worth every penny I will be back for more!

Not only does Spicy Shark support a great cause, but this sauce is Awesome! The variety of peppers used made for a great flavor but also brought some heat! If you’re a fan of a really hot sauce that still has great flavor this is the one. I’ve added it to breakfast sandwiches, added it to guacamole to bring up the heat and flavor, spiced up some tacos, and tried it on pretty much everything else! Couldn’t be more pleased with this company and sauces they have. Thanks for making Hammah Gatah and catering to those who love really spicy sauces and still want great flavor.
