Also good for lining dogs nappies!
Actually use these to line my incontinent dogs reuseable nappies, and putting 2 of them in works REALLY well for absorbancy, which I REALLY wasn't expecting of panty liners. They're quite thick, and very good quality for the price! I'm not a frequent customer of them for my dog!

Quality and a bargain
I think this is an excellent product which is increasingly difficult to obtain in shops. By committing to a regular delivery they are cheaper than in the shops.

Shared on behalf of my wife
I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, who has been using these Carefree Breathable Aloe liners for over a year now. She’s Chinese, quite petite, and generally has a lighter build with a sensitive skin type, so her experience might differ from those with different body types or heavier cycles. Overall, she finds these liners well-designed for daily freshness, especially during the mid to late cycle when discharge is lighter and more predictable. The thinness and soft texture work nicely with her usual cotton underwear, and she likes that they’re not bulky or plasticky feeling. The aloe layer seems to help with comfort — particularly useful in the summer months when moisture can build up faster. They’re very breathable, which she really appreciates, and they rarely cause irritation or itching, which has been a problem with other scented liners or thicker designs. She’s used them during travel and long days out, and they stay in place well with minimal shifting. The adhesive is strong enough, and the shape contours to her petite frame nicely — no curling or bunching. She also noted that the light fragrance is subtle and clean-smelling, and hasn’t triggered any sensitivity so far. However, they’re not quite enough for the few heavier days around ovulation or the tail end of her period. On those days, they can saturate a bit too quickly and lose their ability to stay fresh — particularly if she’s been active or walking a lot. In those situations, she’s switched to slightly more absorbent options like Rael or even reusable cloth pads for better peace of mind. Also, on days when there’s more acidity or hormonal fluctuation (which she tracks through a period app and diet), the aloe liners don’t always handle odour control as effectively. If you’re someone who eats a lot of protein, spicy foods, or fermented foods — which are more common in some Chinese diets — you might notice odour build-up a bit sooner. She’s also combined these liners with organic pads on cycle days where spotting overlaps with sensitivity, and the contrast is clear — these offer better breathability than cheaper supermarket pantyliners, but less protection than something like bamboo-based liners (e.g. FLO). Still, for the price (especially when bought on offer), they’re extremely good value for everyday freshness, travel, and light backup. She keeps a few in her handbag and gym bag just in case, and the individual wrapping is discrete and convenient. Overall, it’s a good product for daily use and cycle support when your needs are light to moderate. It’s not a solution for heavier discharge days or anyone needing extra pH-balancing or odour control, but as part of a mix of products — particularly if you’re tracking your cycle and tailoring protection accordingly — these are worth having on hand. My wife continues to buy them regularly and uses them for around two-thirds of the month, switching to alternatives when more coverage is needed.

soft protectors
These panty liners are excellent for women who are a little sensitive in their intimate area. They're gentle, fragrance-free, pH balanced, and very comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

Disappointing
OK but they don't stick well and tend to bunch up.
