I bought to consume it. I heard that is is good for the intestines. I couldn’t stomach it as the flavour is terrible. But it is not the products fault. I just didn’t like the taste. I am using it in the bath.

Bought this as can no longer buy in shops for stomache settling. Taste is awful. But done the job.

I use Epsom salts on my bath for arthritis, and this is the nicest mixed mineral salt I have bought ! Made in Barcelona and in good packaging ( hard not the soft plastic which splits once opened) it makes a deliciously relaxing and healing treatment every morning in my bath. Am thrilled with this purchase

I haven't seen any difference in using it daily. It smells & tastes horrible. I like cinnamon but this smell is very over powering. I couldn't have it on it's own. I would add to a morning fruit/detox smoothie. There is the tiniest spoon for adding 2 spoons a day so as in value for £ then brilliant. It would last forever!

Very satisfied with this epsom salt. My family and I use it to do liver cleansing and works great. Will continue using it for sure.

The flavor is good but for drinking i don't recommend it.
