This is my second tread mill from amazon and powermax first one is dc motor (tda 230) that was more silent and the fit and finish quality is better then this machine but this ac machine at almost same price is totally worth the package, I am 85 kg heavy and this machine can handle it easily, and easy to install at first time.There is no heating or any smell during long run, smooth speed control, automatic height adjust working well, i was concerned about the shock absorption during running but this machine has a good shock absorbtion, and belt are enough wide to run.Cons.I personally dont like silver color but there is no choice of color, packing and handling not upto the mark i found some wear and scratches at plastic body and the chasis tilted left side, And missing of oil bottel from the packageThese are some small complaints otherwise its a value for mony product.First lube the belt then use at first time.

Reasonable weight is there it is positive looks like 80-90kg. But if you need to take it upstairs 3-4 peoples required. Belt joint is visitile which might be improved. Safety magnetic off is good. Users Manual can be made simple with bigger photo/font of installation. Lubrication oil is there. After pouring oil hole cannot be closed not sure if it is design. Auto inclination is good.This is my first day review. Amazon brought it one day early which made it difficult, it was scheduled delivery I did full payment and was out of station so kept in neighbouring house.Review after 3 monthsI am adding below lines after 3 months use . when I started to use regularly I could here reasonable noise . I reported the issue in whatzap,customer care number also raised a ticket. They told they will send the technician. Today 8 days are over I could not get a technician. Worst thing they are cheching the number in caller id and not picking call. When I call from different number they picks call. Worst customer service. Also remember in initial days customer service called me for providing good review and when there is no issues. Issue comes they are busy. Always they say will call after 15 minutes no one will call you. Amazon should interfere here.

I am of 107 kg. I did a lot of research for the best treadmill which can sustain my weight and which I can use for long time. Finally I was able to find this product "TAC-225". First of all this product is amazing. Very low motor sound. And you can use it for more than an hour in one go. As this has a powerful AC motor. As we all know AC motors are much more reliable and durable then DC motors.**PROS1) Powerful AC motor2) Rubber stump shock absorbers3) Negligible motor sound4) Inbuild exercise modes5) Up to 15 degree auto incline in six different stages.6) Heartbeat sensors7) Controls on the handrail (Speed, Incline/Decline, Heartbeat Sensor)**Cons*** I couldn't find one, in my 1 month of use ***

1. Broken piece delivered.2. No installation help. Do on your own3. No proper screws , hectic task to install by yourself.4. Amazon person mishandled while delivering and resisted to put in the room they wanted to put this heavy machine at the main door only.Extremely bad service and broken product , dont buy from amazon , may be you expense some more money at local authorised shop but at least you get intact and proper piece and installation and service.Tried to contact powermax also but of no help.

Please don’t buy this. No one is coming for installation and no customer service as unable to contact powermax. Been trying for over 1 week with over 20 phone calls and multiple voice mails. More importantly Amazon is not taking returns despite no installation service as promised and says cannot help at all as it is between us and powermax. Be aware to do the installation yourself without any video guide as no one is coming to do it.

Very nice product for home use ,its of AC moter so one can use it cont for 1 or 2 hrs .. its easy to move and folding is very smooth even my wife can fold and move it easily.. I recommend this Matchine 5 stars.. thanks powermax..
