posts are so thin compared to the 3d printer support that they snap when you try to take apart even with tool. no instructions on putting together.

You'd better have patience
Well, first of all, the roof came with a corner broken off. No problem and easy to fix. But the way it was produced, there are a LOT of sprues and the animals are so tiny that the legs were breaking as I was trying to snip them off the sprues. (WAY too many sprues! I would have preferred less pieces and better production quality.) The plastic is very thin and a little brittle. Have tweezers and lots of small tools and some good glue ready; especially if you have big fingers.

Pieces very difficult to remove NO pictures or instructing can not find some of small pieces some pieces broke when removed (window, roof& post)
