Best Knives For The Money
You can never really go wrong with buying any Victorinox knife, they are always good, well made and sharp knives. We love to use them in the kitchen as they cut so easily and are easy to clean and sharpen. We grow our own tomato's in our garden so this tomato knife is especially handy and does a fantastic job of slicing tomatos in thin or thick slices, it also makes a great english muffin cutter as well, it's handle and blade are the perfect size, not too small and not too big. Get one for yourself, you'll love it, or be like me and buy an extra one to pass on to family or friend, they'll thank you for it

Best knife for small fruit
It’s small and light but super sharp. It’s good for cutting fruit or tomatoes.

Victorinox quality
What can I say? It's a Victorinox. Super, super sharp and corrosion resistant in salty marine environment. They cut rope (and fingers) like butter, so be careful. I prefer the rounded tip to avoid more extreme accidents if dropped compared to pointy tips. The only down side is that they are a little bit bigger and don't fit in all cases made for same size blade.

Very sharp but not a good utility knife from a utility perspective
I have always known about the quality of Victorinox knives, having had several "Swiss type" army knives for years. In this case the sharpness is certainly there but the blade is thin and flexes too much to be a serious utility type knife in the kitchen. I guess I shouldn't really expect that to be the case for a knife under 12 bucks, but I was hoping. I found that when cutting robust type vegetables like carrots or turnips, the blade flexes significantly which can certainly lead to nicked or sliced fingers if you are not careful, as the blade is surgical sharp. The knife is easy to hold, with a nice textured handle, and for certain cutting tasks it will do the job, but I would just prefer a stouter blade. Overall, it is a good knife for the money.
