Works well for me on all cans. Other half couldn’t get their head around it. Lightweight but lasting well so far.

Great, easy to use, sturdy, good value. Would definitely buy again. But I think it will last for years.

I had a magic can opener for years and threw it out recently as it wasn't look great. This one is an ok replacement but it's not as big as I thought and not as sturdy as my last one. It takes a while to get it positioned properly and it takes the top off meaning that any tins with liquid in them ie tuna, carrots, the liquid spills so you have to open them in the sink.I also find you need a bit of strength to turn it. If you have weak wrists or are older and struggle then I wouldn't buy. I do struggle and eventually I'll have to buy a bigger sturdier one.It's ok but it's not the best magic can opener I've had. I've still given 4 stars as it does what it says it does and it does work perfectly well.

These are actually really good for the price and I've had no trouble with any can so far, really easy to turn and no issues with safety. Just overall well built materials and perfect performance so far.

I purchased one of these many many years ago which lasted at least 10 years.The last one I purchased did not last very long in fact I thought it was not a genuine one as so light weight. Ordered the one I have just received and that is also very light so not holding much hope that will last very long, very disappointed. Will now have to research a new product to replace it with when this one breaks. They are now made with a flimsey plastic inside which broke. Gave three stars as it works well but just doesn't last, design is great.

Arrived next day, as expected. But this is not the original "WL MagiCan" as in, it is not made of solid plastic, like the original MagiCan, that lasted me YEARS! This is a hollowed out shadow of the original, made to look the part, but will not last half as long I expect. It is smaller in the hand than the original too, and has no weight to it.I don't doubt it will do the job, but I have doubts over its reliability and durability, as it just feels so cheap and flimsy.We shall see, I guess.I will update this in 10 years, if it is still doing its job as expected, as 10 years is how old my original MagiCan was, before it gave up the ghost.May 2024 update.Well, as expected, this can opener is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I have only used it a handful of times since buying it, as most cans I buy , I try and buy the type with ring pull lids, as if is far easier. This useless rubbish has never cut the lid off a can cleanly, and you are left with gaps where the blade has FAILED to cut into the can, so I have had to use a sharo knife to cut through the parts that the Magican failed to cut, this is highly dangerous.This can opener is NOTHING LIKE the original "WL Magican" it is so poorly and cheaply manufactured, that the handles bend and twist while in use, and it is just not up to the job. A cheap REPLICA of what once was, a VERY GOOD product. AVOID!!!
