It's coarse flour, just like whole wheat flour, unlike the cornflour we buy for coating etc. Anyway, it's good to add into making your own multigrain atta. Product quality is good. Just don't expect it to replace those little paper boxed cornflour available on the shop shelves. Price was fair. I might buy again.
