I LOVE this sauce. It is sort of sweet, tangy, a bit of a kick and just delicious. I saw the restaurant/food stand the creator has on an episode of Somebody Feed Phil and had to try it. I use it over rice and chicken for a simple meal that is tasty and easy to put together. This is my 2nd bottle and will not be my last.

Not as sweet as most though. Was looking for a marinade for beef jerky but didn't quite fill my need. Good sauce I would recommend though.

I looked at a recipe for a sauce I'd eaten at Rooster & Rice (poached chicken in chicken broth, rice, broth and special sauce) and was intimidated by the amount of ingredients and stumbled on this. SO GOOD - my spousal unit said I should order these in bulk because it's better than the R&R sauce - plus it has a smidge of spice (not too spicy for me, thank goodness!). Am going to order more and give them as gifts to my friends (and hoard the rest)!

I'd like to visit Portland now, I'm so in love with this sauce. I've only a little left after 3 servings so I'm holding out for the last indulgent meal. It's just not enough for almost $20; I saw this on a PBS cooking show and had to have it. It really does make you feel much better if you need a kitchen "hug" in a dish, it's empowering and thoroughly satisfying.

Went to Portland and fell in love with Nong’s Khao Man Gai and Rice and wanted to recreate the memory. Unfortunately, the sauce was a bit disappointing, watery and didn’t taste the same.

Great product. Great, fast service.
