Bones Coffee Company Strawberry Cheesecake Flavored Coffee, Medium Roast Low Acid Arabica Beans Compatible with Auto drip and French Press Coffee Maker, 12 Oz Whole Bean

I absolutely love the flavor of the strawberry cheesecake! I got whole beans, and I find that they’re still sweet, but with a nice robust flavor as well and not overly sweet. I make a cappuccino with whole milk and a dump a lot of sugar in (personal preference), but my husband often drinks it black and he prefers beans and really likes the strawberry cheesecake flavor even black. It’s not bitter at all and doesn’t give me acid reflux. I also mistakenly ordered apple cider donut in ground coffee instead of beans, and while this was my first order from this company, so I can’t compare the taste of the whole beans to the ground, I suspect the whole beans would have the same earthy robustness that the strawberry cheesecake beans have as opposed to ground coffee which after adding my heaps of sugar just tastes very sweet. It’s a very delicious flavor, but I prefer the robustness mixed with sweet. I would get it again though, and I am now a loyal patron of this company. Their coffee tastes better than any whole bean coffee I’ve ever tried. They’re a bit more expensive than other companies, but for their range of flavors and the low acidity I’m willing to spend a little more. Plus I was using k cups recently, and compared to that cost wise, these are basically the same price for a little bit more, so I think it’s a great deal.

I got Strawberry Cheesecake and can say this is one of the best coffees I've ever had. I travel a lot all across the US and am always looking for good local roasters. Some people like local beers; I like coffee. Unfortunately I ended up calling Panama City Beach my home....and there is no coffee roaster here. It's disgraceful. (Other than that PCB is gorgeous and I love it.) I've ordered a number of coffees from various roasters and can honestly say that Bones Coffee is the best I've had. The strawberry flavor really comes through without an artificial or cloying aftertaste. It's rich, mellow, and aromatic. It's a bit pricey, but worth it IMO because I'd rather have a really good cup of coffee than a prime steak, so I'll take my steak money and put it toward Bones coffee instead. I can't wait to try other flavors!

My rating: I don't see the cheesecake part of it, but it definitely has a subtle strawberry taste to it. I'm wondering if I didn't use enough beans because the flavor is a little weak, though the brand does tout that they're low acid so maybe it's just meant to be a mellow coffee over all. It's not bad, but I prefer Coffee Bukake to it by far, which doesn't look good for it considering they're pretty similarly priced. I might try other flavors, but for now this one gets a 3.5/5 (rounded up to 4 because it's definitely good just...I've had better)

Very tasty cup of coffee. When you open the bag of beans you're instantly hit with a strong aroma of strawberry cheesecake. Once the beans have been ground, that aroma decreases and you can smell the coffee beans a little more clearly. After brewing, you get a decent cup of coffee with the unmistakable undertones of strawberry cheesecake. It's absolutely a subtle flavor, and it doesn't punch you in the mouth the way you would expect based on the smell of the beans in the bag. I can appreciate that, because it's a cup of coffee and that's what it's supposed to taste like. Good stuff.

I am fasting and can only have black coffee so when I saw this, I was intrigued! So happy to say that it has a smooth wonderful flavor and smells heavenly! This was luck for me to have found it. Even better with creamer, so my daughter says.

I’m not a fan .. I wanna taste flavored coffee .. everyone has gone on and on how great this strawberry cheesecake flavor is ….. I’m still waiting for the taste it maybe smells a little like strawberry but that’s it none in the taste at all not a believer at all .. the coffee is good as a coffee smooth not bitter but flavor . I give it a F

Great roast, flavor and smell!! When the package was opened the smell made us want to brew some coffee immediately! Flavor was excellent!! Just like every Bones coffee we have ordered. Thanks for delivering every time.

Updated review - Purchased the Maple Bacon version. It smelled great when the package arrived. Sadly the aroma doesn't last and the coffee tastes like dirt. Since this is my 2nd purchase from this brand that has been less than desirable I can't recommend their products. Original review: Did not like the flavor of this coffee. It did seem fresh so maybe I just selected the wrong flavor. 😟
