I have used these file pockets at every office job I've ever had. They are essential in keeping my home files in order. I use them to keep my tax information together, to organize my ancestry files by surnames, to store my bank statements, and to keep my payment records in order. They are also great for keeping my various craft projects separated and handy. They are sturdy, expand to 3-1/2 inches, and come in letter and legal size. They are easy to carry around without losing the contents, as is the case with a regular file folder. A must for any home or workplace office.

I find that this file folder holds a lot and knows how to handle a lot of different papers. . This is the way to go whenyou have a subject file that just seems to be outgrowing their file folders. . These work perfect to organize all of my College material after each semester. I didn't want to throw anything away so that I could use it if needed for my board exams, but didn't have enough room to keep everything on the shelves. They are nice and slim but holds a large amount of papers and notebooks, and are very sturdy. Use a sharpie to label each to keep subjects organized.

I love these for keeping up with my filing for taxes throughout the year then I just file the entire thing away after taxes are done. They stand up great on my bookshelf and my desk. I have also used them as project organizers, folders, brochures and even samples all fit nicely and at my fingertips.

These are a great way to keep my past classes in order. I don't want to get rid of all the work until I'm finished with my degree, and this is a great way to keep them in order.

Good quality. Perfect for me 3 1/2 inch pocket stretch. Best opening size. Good quality but not real thick. Good for my home purposes. Good price compared to other similar but I think they are all too expensive. Might wanna check walmart if you go 'outside' to shop.

I have a growing paper pile - my research projects, client notes, miscellaneous interests. I bought a packet of 10 of these pocket file folders to organize my filing cabinet. The Redrope Smeads are made of thick cardboard and the price beats any of the discount office supply stores in my area. Glad that Amazon sells these, with free shipping too!
