Good quality item - fibres help with the waterproofing. Sealed a gutter with it and all is fine. Value for money too. Cheaper than the other makes.

Used the wrong product essentially to start with but then switched to this product to coat the back of the shed,it has since rained and all is good in leak prevention, a good quality product, nice and thick so you know its doing a job, the tin did two coats so good coverage, value for money..

Have used 2 years ago on a large felted roof which quite honestly needed completely replacing as it was so old with blisters and bubbling, I re nailed down the blisters and patched worn areas and used this stuff over the whole roof and did 2 good coats by brush, it's not that easy to apply as it's thick but it certainly works, 2 years on the roof still looks really good and watertight and saved the time and money of replacing the roofing felt, I would definitely recommend as it certainly works.

I have a fibreglass roof with tiny little holes in places and was leaking through and this has been ideal and filled in all the holes. Was pretty hard to brush this in as paint very thick. I can’t imagine this being rolled out.

A good quality sealer easy to spread with a brush wont run when rains does what it says on tin

Easy to use, spreads easy. Be prepared to chuck away the brush you use to apply it though. I recommend this product.
