Great 2nd TV for kitchen etc, etc.
Very pleased with this TV so far. I have 2 other Toshiba TVs & they have given excellent service of the past 2 or 3 years. This one is for a bedroom and is connected to Wi-fi, Firestick, BlueRay player & a Sky 2nd box all without any problems. It's easy to get from one input to another by going to the input list & clicking on the one you want. Colour is good as is sound, although i have a soundbar linked to the TV so sound should be fine.Overall, if you want a 2nd TV (or 4th/5th TV) this is ideal for the bedrooms, kitchen or Den/office etc & the price is good too, or mine was anyway.

Alexa add on?
Used primarily as a monitor for working from home. Smart features are somewhat unresponsive with Alexa not really very useful as an add on. It does not do much even if you ask it to pause etc.Picture quality is great!

Doesn’t quite do what it says on the tin!
Nice looking tv with excellent picture quality and sound and easy to use. Had this about 2 months now so ironed out (or not) some of the niggles.1. Got Alexa to work to switch on change channels, volume etc. but will NOT switch off saying this device is not responding. Have tried as much as I can to resolve this but without a manual for the troubleshooting section it’s difficult to work out what else I can do.2. Had to change wake word on Echo and Echo Dot as tv kept switching on and had to be turned off with remote (see above).3. Whenever Alexa is asked a question it answers but TV stays on. (See above).3. Internet services poor. Either jerky picture and/or interrupted sound. When I’ve performed a speed test on the tv it’s reading at least 27 mbps. A separate reading in the room gives a similar or better reading so do not understand why this is happening. TV in next bedroom perfectly fine with catchup tv, Firestick etc.Feel disappointed that the ‘extras’ I paid for are just not up to speed and there are other good TVs around, without the Alexa gimmick, at a much more realistic price.Serves its purpose as a tv but not as ‘smart’ as it should be.

Excellent Smart TV and at a really decent price
This is a fab tv, however it did take me a while to work out the settings, or changing the settings. I had to use the internet to work out how to add more shortcuts.

Good as a TV, rubbish as a smart TV. Buy the LG instead.
I bought this as a bedroom smart TV. On set-up, it would not connect wirelessly to the WiFi network. I tried different devices in the same location & they all connected effortlessly. The TV is now connected via Ethernet through a BT mini connector. However, when watching catch up TV there is constant buffering & break up of sound. This happens on iPlayer, ITV Hub, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. As a TV it is fine. As a smart TV it is very poor, I don’t recommend it & despite claims, it does not accept NowTV. The remote is large, yes, but I quite like that as one doesn’t need tiny fingers to operate the buttons. The TV guide is a bit clunky. The operating manual can be accessed through the “Home” button on screen. Toshiba need to issue a software update to resolve these issues. The market for 24” smart TVs is huge & yet product offerings are limited - sort it out! I wish I had bought the LG now for another 20 quid. I have now arranged to return this TV - when watching catch up & apps, the sound drops out, making it impossible to watch.

Great TV but cannot watch live tv apart from BBC
Connects using wifi so need need for an aerial . Don't understand the bad feed back i had no issues at all. Plug was UK, connected to wifi amazingly easily. Picture and sound quality fine to excellent. We have an old tv so maybe we aren't used to super duper tvs so in comparison it looks great to our old analogue tv. We don't watch loads of TV channels so the basic ones ITV channel 4 ( you can only watch replay not live ) BBC ( watch live)you tube amazon are just amazing . I checked it out on John lewis and they stock them so figured it would be a good bet. And it was, although you cannot watch live tv apart from BBC

Randomly resets. Trouble connecting to wifi.
**Update March 21**. Having issues with the TV randomly resetting itself. Annoying when this happens when you have the sleep timer set as it resets it so you wake up in the early hours with it still on!! Very little info/help online about this model in general. In hindsight I may have picked a different make or model but we had a Toshiba for our main TV for years with no issues.-----I had a lot of trouble trying to connect this to the wifi as it refused to connect to my wireless router on 2.4Ghz (the recommended) or 5Ghz on any channel or setting. I eventually got it to connect via an old wireless range extender I had lying around in a drawer. It's a bit overkill but at least it's finally online, and the tv services like prime & iplayer were very simple to get set up.The tv is great as a bedroom tv (the reason it was bought for) but I wouldn't want it as a main tv. Main niggles I have with it are:1) There's no channel preview while the tv guide is up, it even cuts off the sound off completely while the guide is up which is really annoying.2) It's about 12 button presses to activate the sleep timer(!) I did read some models have a shortcut (e.g. holding home for 5 seconds) but I haven't found one that works yet.3) No manual (even online)4) Toshiba support weren't much help with the wifi issue, just gave me instructions to factory reset it >.<Original wifi rage review:Cannot for the life of me get it to connect to the wifi. I have both 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi networks which I use for work and play, and it won't connect to either. I've entered the name/pass manually as I hide the SSIDs, and I've tried enabling the SSID so it can find the networks (also tried WPS here). I've tried it up in the bedroom, or 2m away from the wifi box. If I enter wrong wifi details it says authentication failed, if I enter the right details it goes back to the network screen with no error, showing 'not connected'. Wired connection works (but no firmware updates are available to fix the wifi issue). Looks like this is going to get sent back as I'm not running a cable up to the bedroom. As the other review said there is no manual - go to the support site and no results for this model number.
