Do I have to heat the milk? I am using fresh milk straight from goat.

The milk needs to be warm for the microbes to work. Also, I would exercise caution with unpasteurized milk

Hi, I use one pack for 2 gallons of milk and the milk temperature must be 37 c if you use pasteurized milk heat the milk in low , after you add the rennet keep the milk in warm place and cover it with blanket to keep it warm for 8 hours.

Confusing

I could not find on the packets where measurements were in English measurements. Such as how much to use in a gallon of milk for making cheese. So I put the whole thing in and my cheese did not turn into curds.😥

Tried 3 batches. Followed normal methods and I tried their instructions and the milk never kurded up. Waste of time.
