Yes...it's THAT good! I've been a hot sauce guy forever....and this is unreal. Tasty, smoky, won't burn the heck out of your mouth......great, garlicky and delicious. I'm not kidding....It says use within 8-weeks....I don't know if this will last 8-hours!!!!!!! Great Job!

I used to eat all sorts of chilli sauces many years ago, the hotter the better, the sort of stuff that makes you sweat through your hair. Now I'm older and I've moved on - I prefer sauces that major on taste, give me a bit of a burn but don't murder me. This sauce is currently my favourite in that category, it's got just enough heat to be interesting but is by no means hot, on a par with or less hot than Tabasco. It delivers a incredibly rich tangy siracha with a really piquant smoked, full mouth flavour. It's stupidly eatable - if it was a wine people would refer to it as "easily quaffable" a bottle really doesn't last long and it goes with and on every damn thing. There's a bit of acidity but this isn't vinegary, it's a very well balanced sauce and you can tell someone has put love into producing this. Smooth in texture but pourable, not "thick" maybe a fraction thicker than a standard siracha. I've introduced several mates to this sauce and they are all now hooked so it's not just me, or my friends are just being polite (none of my friends are polite).

Oh wow. I did not expect it to taste so good but it does. It isn't very hot though. I would buy it again.

When I first bought this smoked fermented chilli sauce back in December I wasn't impressed - it was too watery and had almost no flavour. Two months later and it has transformed! It is a bit thicker and packed with flavour: delicious, smoky, fermented with a gentle spiciness. So give it time!

Really tasty hot, but not overpoweringly hot and nice and smokey. Would buy again.
