Great OE Replacement
I recieved it ahead of schedule and swapped it out. Tough spot but not impossible just take your time. I've only had it on for a couple of days and hope it last as long as the original Denso(285K miles). I'll call it good then. Running 13.9-14.4VI'll probably order a rebuild kit for the old one, rebuild and have it for a spare.

Zero customer support, uses another companies info that has nothing to do with the seller.
I had this alternator 13 months and it died. Per the description, it's a 2 year warranty, contacted amazon, they couldn't do anything since it's past 30 days, waited on hold 30 min to be told that and to give me the customer service number I already had. Long story short. their warranty is air, it doesn't exist. Amazon is the seller, but Premier gear is supposedly the supplier. Seems like a nice scam. Amazon sells a product from a supplier that uses another companies information for contact purposes on Amazon. When you call them, they inform you it's not them, they have nothing to do with the Amazon sales. So basically I have a very expensive core. Seems to me Amazon should vet their suppliers better. This would get no stars if that was a possibility.

Amazon said a date 3 days later then when I was told by the company.I actually went to the store yeah retail stores still exist, stupid right?So on my tear down they SHOWED U ON TIME! As ordered!Packaging perfect! Product easy install! My car is happy 2009 Honda Pilot TouringI returned the on I bought from the store - 80% more $$$ online is the key, Amazon basically put me out of business but hey —— move forward

That what I ordered was better than expected
Put it on our acura, found a shop that would put on for 225.00 instead of 800.00 to 1100.00 dollars. Most shops want charge 350.00 for an alternator. The new I bought only cost 143.00 dollars. Thank you.

Broken after a month, wrote a message to '[email protected]'
It was broken after a month. It made noise, and the Pully might move itself out of the alignment to eat up the serpentine belt. Returned period was expired after a month but the warranty is still on for a year. I have written a msg to '[email protected]' as instructed but got no response until now. Due to my busy time I didn't keep track of the status after sent out the msg until today, it reminds me after I went thru my email archive. I ended up buying another new alternator from local Advanced Auto to replace to drive. I hope the seller will read this msg and respond to me...
