Ozean 12 ltr Alkaline+RO+UV+UF+TDS Water Purifier for Home with Free Fitting Kit and Cover, Brown

I bought Ozean Water purifier last 2 months back. Still now there is no issue it’s working properly and installation done on the next day of purchase and customer support is excellent and the water taste is too good. Can use for all (I.e) bore, corporation and well water also. It’s really a nice purifier with great affordable price. Thanks to ‘Ozean’ everyone can buy this, it’s worth to buy I highly recommended this purifier.

I Have given 4 stars obly because of its heavy body but as it has bothing to do with the water quality and taste one who has decided to go for a purifier and did lots of research and still remained in confusion on which one to buy ..can undoubtedly opt for this..very good performace and even the service ...finally its an easy to install ,maintain and can go purifier

This company is providing after sales through a third party. Today the person came for the first service and told us that all the filters need replacing and will cost us 3500 rupees. We installed this in April and were not home for 2 months. He also pitched us for taking an AMC for Rs. 6000. Now can u imagine how much each glass of water this ro is costing me. I would rather dump it in the bin if it will cost so much to maintain. Pathetic. Think twice before buying an ro.

This product is very good, actually 50% cheaper than other similar competitive brands & works better than Aquagard, Kent.. etc. Water has very good taste & clarity. As a Doctor of Medicine I recommend this product is cheap & best in all respects. Honestly, I do not know about feature service... As my observation problems may no arise not arise at least for 5-8 years. What more you need?

The product & customer service is good however the techcian who came to install the product didn't know anything of the alkaline feature and didn't install it correctly.However later on technician's boss came and fixed the issue .I would have given 5 but because of the lot of hassle that I had gone through because of the inexperienced techcian I am giving 4 . My recommendation would be for Ozean to hire experienced tech , I already paid Rs 900 for installation which is quite high compared to one of my friend who got it installed for Rs 500 ,the techcian took Rs 400 more but he did nothing. I paid that's fine but other customers won't , hence my recommendation is that to fix the techcian charge for installation and to send experienced & knowledgeable tech who knows stuff. Then only you will get customer's to purchase your product .I like the design and the features of the product and would recommend people to go for the product and advice people not to give extra money (which I Gave) to tech before consulting the ozean customer care .I should have done that it is my fault :-( nevertheless ozean customer care is great and they responds on time for any query . The media could not be loaded. Overall product is good,all fittings they have supplied and alkaline water range 9-10 but pump is little noicy which is abnormal except this everything fine, for reference video uploaded

Water quality is so good 👍 ease installation, fit body noise free all item is good 👍😊
