My mom has been using this product for a long time. It is a natural herbal supplement that improves her immune system as well as helps with her insomnia.

This cordyceps blend is supposed to be helpful to respiratory health, energy, endurance, and even liver and kidney function. These come individually packaged and are a great way to incorporate functional herbs into your daily life. What I liked: Natural, gentle energy boost without jitters Well‑sealed packaging and convenient capsule form What could improve: On the pricey side at about $1.20 per capsule Effects are subtle so expect gradual benefits over time Overall, a well‑formulated herbal supplement if you're looking for natural support and don’t mind paying a bit extra.

Purchase this supplement for my mother who has diagnosis of kidney failure. Not sure if this can help and improved her kidney function. Just hope this can at least keep her body energetic and build up her immune system. The pills seem to be easy to shallow. Will provide feedback after 3 months of trial.

I have been taking Cordyceps for several years; this brand is more expensive compared to other brands that I had; but, i did not feel a lot different after I used this brand. I guess I will go back to the brand that has a lower price.

While I usually take Ginseng in one form or another, I have been looking into Cordyceps benefits as of late. I generally like to take the liquid packets but will also try capsules as well. Of course these are easy to ingest. These are described as supporting respiratory wellness, energy and liver & kidney health. The suggested dosage is 1 capsule per day. The box I received has a "Best Before" date of 07-01-2028. There are 6 "sheets" of 10 capsules individually sealed by foil, totaling 60. I am taking these for the potential immune system boost and antioxidants benefits. For now, I believe these capsules can be helpful to me. I will update further in a few weeks if anything changes. I am onboard with these and do recommend them.

This is a great cordyceps supplement. It's the real deal, CS-4 fermented mycelium, which is the best form of cordyceps along with cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies. You get 60 capsules of cordyceps extract, with each capsule providing 500mg cordyceps. The optimal dosage of cordyceps is generally 1500-300mg per day, so I aim for a minimum of 3 capsules per day. The quality and potency are excellent, and this is clearly a very high quality cordyceps supplement. That said, it's not the best value and there are definitely comparable high quality CS-4 products out there, as well as high quality cordyceps militaris products that should be equally effective. I take cordyceps for cardiovascular and respiratory support, but haven't noticed any major benefits to speak of.

Vita Green Yin Yang Cordyceps Mycelium Herbal Supplement arrived in a big safety sealed box Each capsule (60 total) is in a sealed foil 'push out' type blister pack. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, they have a slight taste to them when you first pop one in your mouth but nothing afterward. Mostly everything on the box is in foreign language (Chinese?) Small directions in English but only for dosage. It would be nice if I were able to read all about this. This, I'm hoping is a supercharged Yin Yang Cordyceps because at $70+, I couldn't justify that cost again, therfore the 3 stars but, I will reconsider in 2 months after they run out
