Stand Up Desk Store Wall Mounted Magnetic Dry Erase Glass Board (40" W x 30" H)

The design and quality of the unit I received is quite good. Five stars.But, unlike several depictions in the description, the unit I received is not designed for vertical mounting, only horizontal.The unit I received is not with 4 corner mounting that come through the glass. It has a hook rail on the back that hangs on brackets on the wall. Very cool, and eliminates the round mounts through the glass, but does not fit my application. Minus one star.Also, it is not "magnetic". Yes, magnets stick to the back metal, barely. But not on the front as designed. Minus one star.Buyer beware. Since both styles are depicted in the Amazon listing, you might get the one you like. You might not.

Really nice board - looks great and works great. The fastening system they provide is outright dangerous. To mount this you first mark the four holes on the wall (no template provided, you need two people to hold the board, and a third to hold the level and mark). Then you fasten four stainless mounting pucks to the wall. This is a good concept, but flawed design. First issue is the fasteners. They claim to provide drywall fasteners. What they provide are the little plastic mollies meant to be used in masonry or tile. They are NOT mean to hold this much weight in drywall. These will easily pull out, creating a dangerous situation as a heavy piece of glass shatters on your floor. Solution, spend a couple dollars on some real drywall anchors. The problem here, is that the screw heads from real drywall anchors are too big to fit into the recess on the mounting puck. To remedy this, I had to grind the sides of the screw head to make them fit. Luckily I have a bench grinder to solve this. Makes no sense to me why a manufacturer would risk the liability of a heavy falling piece of glass rather than spend an extra $1.50 in materials to provide the correct solution. I'm happy with my end result, but frustrated that I had to find a workaround just to make a straightforward installation safe.

I was looking at various glass boards ..However I could not find a 40x30 board from other sellers.This was the specific dimension i had in mind and this was the only seller with this board...QUALITY :- The board is on par with other boards I have at my home and in my office. Primarily used for teaching my kid and for my note taking ..Works really well with any dry erase marker.Erasing is effortless and leaves no traces behind.I mounted this in a corner of my family room and since it is glassy it looks like it is actually a part of the room..If I had a framed melamine board that would be more prominent and not blend very well in a common area type of room..I am very very happy with the way the board looks and naturally feels as though it is apart of the decor in the room.Mounting :- The board can be mounted with the included hardware...however I recommend having a supporting bar underneath it...Mounting is actually easy and took me around 15 minutes..Cons:- NONE.

I purchased and hung two of these in my office, they look nice and provide the space for tracking action items and assignments with my group. The markers that come with the boards don't write well (appearance of ink is faint), so I bought markers specifically for glass boards, and they are much more legible (richer color).Do not use the mounting anchors that come with this board, it is way too heavy for those flimsy plastic cheap anchors. I bought my own from the hardware store, a more appropriate type for the weight, and it worked fine.

The small one has rounded corners, and the large one has pointed corners. We bought multiple of each.I have to deduct 2 stars bc they are not as white as the picture. All 6 glass boards had a very noticeable greenish, emerald hue that everyone commented on as soon as they came out of the box. We are still going to hang them up and keep them unless an executive complains, but the enthusiasm is diminished compared to the much more expensive white glass boards these were complementing.Otherwise, the quality seems good. If there are any mounting problems, I'll comment. Otherwise, assume that went well.

The board is glass and it works, but the product is not as described. It is not magnetic, it did not even come with any magnets and does not have a marker tray. It was somewhat difficult to hang. Have to have at least two people. I have tried to call the stand up desk company and was only able to leave a voice-mail even though it says to stay on the line to speak to someone.

This board is really nice. Elegant and clean lines for your home. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is my everyday magnets won’t work. They must be to weak? Now I have to buy stronger magnets?

Very nice product and looks sharp but difficult to mount unless you moonlight as a carpenter. A couple pieces were missing in the original shipment but the company was very good about promptly sending me what was missing. Impressed with the overall appearance of the piece, the quality and customer service.
