I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager, I'm now in my 40s and still struggling with it! I have enlarged pores and visible sebaceous filaments. I have tried everything and numerous products on the market to reduce the visibility of the filaments and have only temporary, like only hours of success. I came across this line if products by accident but the idea of turmeric as an ingredient intrigued me and purchased the cleanser immediately. This cleanser after only one use reduced the sebaceous filaments greatly and after three days of use has eliminated them altogether. My skin actually feels smooth and looks less irritated than ever before. I'm hopeful that after prolonged use I can eventually reduce or stop wearing makeup. I feel more confident without makeup than ever before. I have ordered the moisturizer and can't wait to see what effects it has in combination with the cleanser. 100% worth the try!

One of the best cleanser that actually works to clear blemishes!!!Very much OVERPRICED but it works.I used to buy at Walmart for $7.99 but then Neutrogena discontinued it. I actually thought this product was being sold by Neutrogena but I see it’s a different seller… which explains why it’s now super expensive as opposed to what it sold for a few years ago!!

I like the smell, the feel, and after feel, but mostly I have liked the improvement in skin. Especially for the price. I was using very expensive face washes, masks, products, etc trying to get rid or control this maskne. I wear an N95 with a surgical mask at least 36hrs a week since March and it wreaked havoc on my mask area when I normally would get one maybe two once a month prior. Never even close to this bad. Wasn't wearing makeup or cakey lotions either. Within a week or two of using this with the non-oil gel the acne and the marks faded significantly.

I do recommend this for the black community. This works with sensitive skin and if you tend to break out a lot, this helps too. I’ve been using this since Covid started and it works for my skin very very well. Sadly, they don’t sell them in the store anymore. It’s only on Amazon, but for my fellow people in the black community, please use this and the other three products that go with it.

I love all of Neutrogena's products! This one I originally purchased at Ross and could not find it anywhere else. Happy to find it on Amazon but which it where cheaper. I will keep searching for better pricing but this does wonders for your skin. It is not overdrying and helps keep my skin "calm" when I do have minor breakouts. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for cleanser that is not drying but helps with minor breakouts. I use in conjunction with their facial moisturizer.

I love a foamy face wash I have yet to see if it helps with dark spot blending because I just got it BUT I like it so far

When I started using this, my acne was not getting any better, more so it was getting worse, and also the segments of my skin where there was no acne was actually becoming really coarse with painless, but very defined small bumps. I just went to the dermatologist in the end and she said that this product was more "holistic" and that she "believes in science" and then ordered me a prescription for tretinoin and told me to use facial cleansers that had benzoyl peroxide in them.I do trust in science, we should all trust in science, but I guess after having bad acne for almost six years now and using benzoyl peroxide, salycylic acid, tretinoin, retinae--everything that sounds and is in fact a harsh chemical--I was hoping maybe the holistic approach with this product would work, but it didn't and now I'm back on the chemicals.Now this is just an expensive body wash I'm trying to use up. At least it smells nice. Sort of like Sprite.

I didn’t give this product 5 stars because it makes my face really dry after using it.
