This cassava flour is excellent. Just look for recipes online. It is great for pancakes. We like that it is gluten free. We are very pleased with this product and recommend it.

Enjoyable for AIP
I have used this casava for 8 yrs now. I absolutely love how versatile it is. One of the main things that I use it for is pita bread. It's great for the AIP lifestyle.

Do not buy and research the new information regarding very high lead levels in this brand. Unable to return after purchasing it and being informed of the unsafe consumption.

Delicious and easy!
This is super tasty alternative to flour. The bag has a tortilla recipe on the back that I make almost everyday. I add more water and eat them like pancakes!

Good Gluten Free Substitute
The flour works well as a replacement for a gluten free flour blend. I trialed it to make a cake and was able to make the same cake with reproducible results. Very pleased with single ingredient, gluten free flour.
