Meddy Teddy The Yoga Bear

This is great for any age. My 4 and 7 yr old granddaughters attended a children’s yoga class where this was used to demonstrate postures. Class was great and they loved the teddy! I bought one for them to use for home yoga and they really enjoy using it.It’s a great toy to teach about health, feelings and taking care of your body and mind.

My friend was shopping locally and found this bear. I thought it was so cool I had to have one . Now I bring it to my class and use it for my yoga students to use as a focal point for balance poses and I hold it during meditation. I have a mala but this is softer ! I change the pose and it is so cute !

I got the meddy teddy for a kids yoga teacher training I led at The Asheville Yoga Center. It’s a great prop and tool for teaching kids how to meditate and do yoga postures. The kids loved it! So glad I purchased, excellent quality!

I was looking for Meditation statues and never saw anything suitable, so I started to look for stuffed animals and found this awesome bear. It is amazing , so snuggly poses are so much fun. I have the best buddy who is never away from me for long. We workout together, he sleeps on my bed and I am 71 in a few weeks. I have bought him more clothes and plan to get more now actually. Both kids and adults can enjoy this fun and creative Bear. Bearmaste. EDIT 6/1/23. My first one will be a year old this month, after that I got the mini key chain one followed by the open eyes one. I just noticed 2 of the 3 are on sale here at an insanely cheap price. I highly recommend them for all ages and genders you won't regret it.

My son’s yoga teacher at school has a couple Meddy Teddies so my son asked for one for his birthday. It was his favorite gift! I wasn’t aware how many yoga poses he knew and then he started showing them to me with Meddy Teddy. Very soft, easy to bend, the perfect size for yoga poses and for snuggling.

I got this cute Teddy on the recommendation of a fellow OT. It is so cute and completely possible! I tried all the poses I use with kiddos and this bear can do them all. Some kids do not easily buy into yoga during my sessions and this will be an incredible motivator! Can’t wait!

My daughter loves it. Very soft. She enjoys trying to pose it in different ways. She's only 3 but I wanted to provide a foundation for yoga and mindfulness in a fun way.

I just completed my 200ytt and this little cutie will be so great to have at classes and workshops with my middle schoolers and families. It’s super pose-able and cute!
