This particular machine works well enough for its functionality description - that is, it collects and shreds small tree branches and seeds for other trees. Haven't tried the blower out as not currently needed. It is quite easy to handle and move around, being reasonably lightweight. Putting together was fairly easy, although the drawing descriptions could have been better explained. All in all, quite happy with purchase - it does the job I wanted it for, which, I suppose, is the point.

Easy to assemble, Very light weight and easy to use. Very powerful and does a great job. Well worth the money.

Have been unable to use the product due to wet weather. BUT I’m feeling so incredibly inadequate as I couldn’t makes head nor tail of the “instructions “ booklet. Page after page demanding that I read all instructions for my safety. A couple of diagrams, one presumably for a professional engineer, and another annotated with numbers. No mention of what the numbers mean. Nothing to show where to fit screws, either long or the shorter one. One kind reviewer has posted a diagram found somewhere on the internet which actually shows this thank goodness. Why do manufacturers assume that everyone is a maestro and able to follow numbers without explanation. “Exasperated “ sums it up. I shall review the performance when weather conditions permit. 18/10/25 tried for the first time and delighted with the power and efficiency of this machine. Very easy to use. Moved a dustbin full of leaves in less than half an hour. Very happy I bought this product.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m really impressed with this! I was sceptical for the price but this is a fantastic bit of kit. If you have Astro that you want to spruce up its fantastic - neighbouring trees make a right mess of our garden and our dog then rolls around in all the debris, I’m constantly picking it out of his fur. It was so easy to watch my husband do 😂 he hoovered the whole garden without needing to empty the bag, it struggled a little with some larger collections and it got a bit blocked but I just poked the end of the broom in there and it was fine! Good long cable, pretty light and my husband looked like a gardening Ghostbuster! Pic shows before and after, only took maybe 20 mins do to the whole area. It fluffed up the pile on the Astro too so it looks lovely and fresh. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻

This is the third different garden vacuum and blower that we’ve bought. This was the least expensive and best we’ve had. The last one we had was a big name, double the price but not as good as this one. The positives. It is lightweight. This is so important as it can be hard work to swing back a forwards a heavy vacuum for any length of time. This weight is especially good for older people or anyone with a bad back! It is easy to put together, plug in and start. No complicated instructions. It picks up leaves and garden rubbish well and the collection bag (whilst smaller than some other models) does hold enough for a good 20 minute clean. It blows as well as collects. This is very useful to blow rubbish from awkward places and then hoover up. For example we blow the wood chippings out from under our log burner before collecting them. It has a shoulder strap which not only helps take the weight but also to swing the vacuum as you hoover. The negatives. It is noisier than other models. To start with we were concerned there was something wrong but we’ve had this now for over a year and the noise hasn’t changed - it is just noisier than expected but not so much that you have to wear ear defenders. The other slight negative is that it does pick up a few stones. We have a gravel section in the garden and we have to be careful it doesn’t collect all the stones as well as the leaves. All in all a very good buy for the price and it’s negatives are far outweighed by how light it is to use. Would definitely recommend.

This product is fantastic it blows & hoovers the leaves & turns them into mulch. The blower is powerful & so is the suction, it even picks up the wet rotted leaves that stick to the floor. The easy emptying bag is so handy, leaves no mess😉 You don't need to spend a fortune when this does everything.
