I'm a very lucky person and I often feel positive effects of supplements and vitamins quickly. Ex. if I start getting anxious, within a few days of taking magnesium, the anxiety dissipates. So here's my review of this stuff. I have been wanting to take creatine for a few years now but have been afraid of the potential hair loss, even though I'm a woman, but some women in my family have very thin hair. Well, I was watching Huberman do a live Q&A on ig, and he said the hair loss thing is 100 A MYTH. Absolutely no data to show hair loss for either sex. I bought this immediately after he said that. I noticed the effects immediately. I'm a gym rat and my fatigue and soreness is about 25% of what it used to be from the very first use and my arms are looking big, fast. I should note that although a gym rat, I've been out of the gym for probably 4 or 5 months due to a neck injury. Also, I am natural and I really wanted to see what creatine can do for me as I have zero interest in ever using steroids. So far, it's looking very promising. I can't wait to see how my legs change. Also, this company has amazing customer service. There was a perforation in my seal. I emailed them about it and they responded within 10 minutes. The star shaped perforation is 100% normal, by the way. I figured it was, but so happy they eased my mind and fast.

Dissolves easily put still has some gritty texture to it, nothing noticeable enough to not drink it. I have only been takin for 3 weeks now. I have noticed that it forces me to drink more water which is a good thing and I feel my memory sharper than before and I stay focused. Easy to use and there is no taste to it.

I had read about Creatine an it sounded like a good idea to try it. One thing about it was the article I read never said how long it would take to “feel any changes”. So I decided to just start taking it, and lo and behold on a weeks time I actually could feel the difference; my muscles seemed to provide me with some extra strength. As for another metabolic changes I’m not sure how to quantify any changes that are made, but I think that from what I read I have to go with what was said on the article I read.

Too soon how well I like it, but it didn't come with a scoop, which makes it difficult to measure properly. Especially it's measured in grams. The other thing is that it doesn't want to dissolve. I've tried to really shake excessively and let it sit, but it just won't dissolve. I didn't have any stomach issues, but I did take it with food.

High quality creatine. Easily dissolves in water or juice with no flavor, easy to use. I highly recommend and use it daily.
