Nature Made Ashwagandha Capsules 125mg for Stress Support, Ashwagandha Supplements, 60 Capsules, 60 Day Supply

Took 1 a day 30 minutes before bed time, it does help me to de stress, winde dowd, and sleep through the night. Small pill, easy to swallow. Does not smell bad or anything. The quality is good, vallue for the money that I spent. Deffinatly recommended because I am sure it does effective to ease the stress.

Nature Made has been rated the go-to brand for years and this one is of good quality too. I’m loving the product itself, ashwagandha has many good calming cortisol-lowering effects. Definitely do some research for yourself, but for me I take it intermittently (one month on, one month off) to keep the tolerance low and because the effects can be overbearing at times. It’s quite effective!

It worked for me. I was dealing with moderate to severe panic attacks. It got to the point I could not exercise because I was obsessed with my heart pounding. Taking this in combination with magnesium has been a game changer. I’m doing walking with weights for 20 minutes now. Just last week it would not have been possible. I’m finally gaining my life back after 8 years of suffering in silence. It’s easy to swallow, and quality is great

This supplement is AMAZING!!! I purchased it for help with sleep and immediately noticed a change in my sleep quality. I can feel that I am sleeping deeper, but also I wear a Fitbit and it shows that my heart rate variability goes much further down. I have started to get almost double or more time in deep sleep zone than I previously was getting each night. Some things to note about this particular product: -this type of ahswaganda is called Sensoril. It is patented for reducing cognitive stress and reduction in cortisol. It is made of extract from the leaves and roots of the plant. It’s a little different from KSM-66 which has other benefits and is said to be more “uplifting.” Under the sensoril patent, this kind of ashwaganda is also assured to have a certain percentage of withanolides, which help with absorption. -each pill is 125 mg, which is substantially less than many other ashwaganda supplements. On the one hand, this is less ashwaganda for the price, but on the other hand, it allows more control over how uh you are taking and at what times a day you take it. Some of the other supplements on here are more than 1000mg. In my opinion that is WAY too much and there are lots of reports online if bad side effects (for example: difficult mood changes, lack of motivation) when taking too much ashwaganda. I recommend taking this smaller dosage and seeing what effect you get before tapering up. All in all, this is a great supplement with a patented and regulated type of ashwaganda supplement and a reasonable dosage. It might cost a little more than others, but definitely worth it. I will keep buying this for sure!
