It comes with a book to order more horses, no instructions. We just looked at the pictures on the box to put it together.

Will spirit horses fit in these? They are 7" I believe

The Breyer Stablemates Deluxe Animal Hospital set holds Stablemates 1:32 scale horses. The Spirit horses that are 7" tall will be too large for this, however the Spirit Stablemates blind bags would fit with this Deluxe Animal Hospital.
