Well done
Easy to put together out of the box ! Does exactly what I wanted, easily maneuvers in small garden spaces! Powerful blades, cuts through small roots (old geraniums and the like) first one malfunctioned after working initially. Returned it, got the replacement shortly and seamlessly picked up in the garden where I left off. . Such a quality product. I’m thinking of buying the snowblower. The versatility of the battery really makes this an attractive product.m

Light weight and no cords
This is an easy to use tiller and works great for around the house gardens and shrubbery areas. The battery is powerful and lasts a long time. It is light weight so that it is easy to move around and for a battery operated device it is inexpensive. A lot of other battery operated tillers did not come with a battery and charger, but this one does all for a reasonably low price.

recommended it
Over all this is a great portal light duty electric cultivator. I used it few times so far and have the following observations: it uses the same 24-volt battery as the snow joe snow shovel or blower. the cultivator works best on soil that's lightly damp and without much growing grass or tree roots. when the soil is too damp, the wheels have to be cleaned every few minutes. when the soil is too dry then it is difficult for this cultivator to break the soil. when there are grass or tree roots, they would wrap around the wheels and reducing its effectiveness. I wish a scrap tool is included and somehow stored on the cultivator so it can be used to clean the stuck dirt and grass. the helping handle, the black on, can change position under pressure. still it works a lot faster than using a shovel or hoe, definitely going to save your back.

15 mins and done
Item worked for less than 15 minutes, started smoking and died… totally get it. Stuff happens… what irked me was the piss poor customer support team. I tried with 34 email exchanges over a month + june 4- july 10 of time with still no resolve. They offered to send me a label and give me store credit asked for a screen shot of invoice multiple times and still to this day no resolve… mind you i have bought many products before from them… doubt that will continue.

Small tool for small jobs
It is good for small jobs. I found removing the blade awkward.

light weight but hates dirt clumps- tears them up :-)
This is so easy to use - only had one issue at assembly that I didn't see, there is a cap inside the shaft that HAS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE THE TWO PEICES WILL CLICK TOGETHER. They really don't need this cap. After removing the cap with a needle nose plier, inside on the side of cap was a red tape (you could NOT see) that said to remove, lol also, don't forget you have to buy the battery and charger seperately This is replacing a larger gas tiller my dad gave me, but it is almost impossible to start so I thought I would try a battery starting tiller/cultivator. IT IS AMAZING IN MY RAISED BED GARDEN, IT TEARS IT UP WONDERFULLY, but it doesn't go that good in wet grass clipping - bogs down but run it out of the grass and it clears itself. I LOVE LOVE IT! (sorry Dad) AND BEWARE- IT COMES WITH NO BATTERY CHARGER :-(

Really works hard.
I have for many years had a bigger Sun Joe electric tiller and really liked it. It was lighter and more aggressive than my Merry Tiller, did not need gas and most of all I didn't need to pull start it. However we have 20+ raised beds and picking the bigger tiller up and placing it in the beds was hard on me as I am in my 70's. So I decided to go with a battery powered one for the beds, around the house plants, fertilizing the fruit trees, etc and kept the big tiller for the corn and squash areas. Love the little thing it balances well in my hand, is aggressive enough to get the job done quickly and the battery holds up well, still I believe I'd like another battery just because that's the way I roll.
