Good quality for the price. Looks cute. I've only used it once but it kept milk cold for hours. Be careful when cleaning, make sure to get under the rubber ring in the lid. The sponge wand it comes with is very handy and I now use it for all my bottles and deep cups!

Perfect! Love the look and ease of using. Cleans easily and most important, keeps the beverage very hot!

It looks nice and keeps hot for 2-3 hours, after that it's not hot just warm. It takes a few tries to get the lid to close correctly, basically start the lid where you want it to end because it needs a full turn to close straight. It is fine for the money.

I make a pot of tea every morning for my wife in the pitcher. She returns from work late afternoon and the tea is still hot. Great product, great price.

Update: Terrible Customer Service. It took a long time and hundreds of clicks but i found Amazon's A-Z Guarantee who contacts vendors on your behalf. It's been a week and still no response.Original review: I purchased this carafe to replace a glass lined Thermos brand carafe that had broken. I assumed it would be fine but I was wrong. I've only used it for almost 6 mos and the seal is shot. We started noticing that our 2nd cup of coffee was not even room temp after adding cream. The last time I used it a week ago I measured the coffee temp right after pouring it from my stove top percolator; the temp registered at 194 F. An hour later the temp registered at 72 F. So after adding the cream, I might as well be drinking iced coffee.Now I'm pulling my hair out trying to contact the Mfr Gear Root, who offers a 1 yr replacement or refund warranty. They are nowhere to be found online and Amazon doesn't seem to be able to provide me with their contact information. Hopefully if they see this review they'll reach out.I do not recommend this product, not only for the poor quality of insulation, but because the mfr is hiding from consumers.

I loved the look and feel of this, however I didn't get to use it. The rest of my order was delayed so I ended up not needing it. It is pretty and seems well made.

The color

I loved this pot for a few months as it kept the tea hot for 10 hours! and then suddenly the tea started getting cold after 2 hours. So disappointing. I think the seal needs replacing but don't know if thats possible.
