I was skeptical when I figured out after purchase that these were from Colombia. They were out of water for three days and arrived a little wilted. However, I cut the stems, put them in water with the included powder solution, and they perked up almost immediately. The Gerberas lasted a little over a week, the roses a few more days, and the carnations over two weeks. Will be ordering again for Mother's day.

Flowers were wilted and stems were without any moisture or water ! very disappointed Added note from the recipient: Buyer beware! My husband surprised me with this bouquet of flowers a week ago. I could not have been more disappointed! One rose was broken off in the box. The other 3 roses were browning and wilting upon receipt. They never did open up. Most of the flowers were smashed and less than vibrant! I tried reviving them by cutting the stems and changing the water/food daily. They never did perk up. Spend your money elsewhere!

The winter storm delayed my fresh flower delivery, so by the time they arrived they were dead. I contacted the company and they immediately put in a new order. I received them within a few days and they were perfect!! Beautiful and full bouquet and well worth the money!! They're still alive and thriving after more than a week!! Would 100% recommend them!!! I will use them again vs a major chain!

Valentine's Day is special, and I wanted it to be that for my wife. I have ordered flowers from Amazon many times & they always delivered what I wanted. This bouquet arrived Tuesday 2/8 and they looked beautiful in the vase. Wednesday at dinner I told my wife that the roses looked limp. She said ALL the roses were wilted. I rotated the vase and found limp roses times five. All the carnations, gerbera and other flowers looked fine but after I removed the roses, there were holes in the bouquet. Long lasting? One day roses? I'm sorry I ordered this, and I will avoid buying from Arabella Bouquets again. After writing this review, I was contacted by Amazon on behalf of Arabella Bouquets and the seller expressed remorse for the bouquet we received. I am pleased with their decision and said I would purchase flowers from them again.

These ship from Columbia so took a little longer to arrive than what was promised. The original order had a broken vase but this vendor immediately replaced the entire order and shipped very quickly! I would buy again.

Flowers were delayed and they said they would arrive for another 5 days, but they arrived the next day and my mom loved them.

I p urchased this arrangement to send my mother for her birthday. She recently relocated out of state and was sad about being away. I thought that sending her flowers would brighten her day. This arrangement was not my first choice but ultimately was chosen because it was a "Prime" item and was promised to arrive on her birthday. I was very suprised when I noticed on the tracking information that the arrangement shipped from Bogota, Colombia. I was concerned about how the flowers would hold up in transit due to the heat this time of year from Colombia to Arizona. Ultimately they arrived several days late, long after my mother's birthday, and later than the other arrangements which I would have preferred promised to arrive. Additionally, they were very wilted and sad looking as feared. I did contact the seller with concerns after they did not arrive the day after expected. The seller responded within 24 hours but only to tell me that shipping issues were outside of their control. While I understand that the seller can't control what the carrier does, they do control who they use as the carrier which was FedEx. I can't get a refund from FedEx because I'm not their customer, the seller is. Meanwhile, the seller has not bothered to offer me a refund or anything at all for that matter. For all I know, they may have been refunded by FedEx for the defective service. Overall, I am not happy with my experience nor would I order from this seller again. They did reply to my request for help and did so somewhat promptly even though the response was not helpful. The arrangement itself looks as though it would have been very pretty and of good quality but for having deteriorated during its international journey through the tropics of South America and the American southwest.
