Laconic Oil, how long will it last,unopened?

What is the amount of polyphenols?

Our Polyphenol count for this harvest was 430 mg/liter. I like this question, but we also update our analysis after each year's harvest, so make sure you look for the analysis from a certified lab for any olive oil that you may purchase from a company.
