As somebody who worked at a popular coffee chain, this whipped cream canister is pretty much exactly like the ones I am used to using. Feels like the exact same weight, functions perfectly and creates insanely good whipped cream. The little piece that the nitrogen canister goes into feels kind of flimsy though, but other than that everything's great, the attachments are all nicely varied in size and it's super easy to clean.Tip: I was able to find boxes of nitrogen cartridges at local restaurant supply stores for really cheap - for reference, here in Los Angeles I found 10-packs for $6 which seems to be much cheaper than anywhere online, where they seem to average about $1-$1.50/cartridge (unless you purchase in bulk) and there aren't a ton of options.

This is our third ICO charger, the first of this design. We love the chargers are wonderful as you are able to have great whipped cream on demand with no fuss or mess in whipping. This model appears to be even better built and will be slightly easier to maintain. Our others we have had for several years and still also work great. They are very easy to clean and easy to use. The quality of making your own whipped cream (we always use heavy cream) is far superior to purchasing any other ready whipped cream.We would highly recommend this product to others, nothing we do not like.

This company stands behind their products. After a couple of contacts with them about the whipper, they sent me a brand new one at no charge. The whipper works well and I like the look of it very much. It was really nice to reach a real person, discuss my issue, and then they took care of it. These whippers are easy to use and are great because there's no preservatives in your whipped cream. It lasts fairly long in your fridge too. Very easy to clean afterwards. Nothing to break! Overall, the dispenser works very well! It would have been nice to have an aluminum charge holder, and metal tips, but those do not really impact the function. Overall very good product.

Easy to use. Even kids can use it.

my only nitpick is that the container is really cold to touch, you need to hold it with with a towel when u take it out of the fridge to shake and serve - this would be the case for any non insulated container

I have really enjoyed the Cream charger! My grandkids used up a couple of cartridges just playing with it one day when I was out of the room, (and they are old enough to know better!) I guess we have all seen them in use on tv cooking shows and to have one right there in front of them was too much to ignore! But I love the way it gives me such nice fresh whipped cream for desssert toppings, no sugar, (diabetic daughter) and no unpronounceable ingredients to worry about. And so easy to use! And it keeps well in the refrigerator for quite a while so I don't have to worry about it going bad. So nice to have whipped cream on demand instead of whipping up a bowlful and having it go watery if not used right away. I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm so disappointed in this whipped cream maker. I used to have an Isi (which works the same way) but I lost it in a break-up. I decided to get a new whipped cream maker for a NYE party that's going to have foofy drinks, because who doesn't like whipped cream on a irish coffee or chocolate peppermint "martini"?I decided to test it when it arrived. I did what I did with the Isi: I poured just shy of 2c of cold heavy cream into the dispenser, attached the cartridge, shook it a half dozen times and let it sit for a few minutes. I pressed the nozzle and.... liquid cream. Huh. Weird. So I cleaned the dispenser, put it in the fridge to cool, and tried again a few hours later. This time, I shook it about 15 times and again, liquid.The next day I decided to try it a third time, but worried that I might've missed a step - it had been several years since I'd used a whipped cream maker - I followed the directions the QR code sent me to. It was exactly the same procedure as I'd been doing, but I did it step by step anyway. I used 1 c of cream since I'd already wasted 4 cups. Same result yet again.I tried one final time last night, with about 6oz. I followed the instructions but this time, I let the cream chill in the fridge for about 3 hours. Liquid.I suspect I just got a defective unit - it happens - but I'm not going to risk a second try. I'm returning this and buying an Isi.

I use this in my catering business for dispensing whipped cream and other foams. It is a good product. Just be sure to take it apart completely for cleaning.

Absolutely pleased with the quality, I was concerned about the plastic attachments but far more sturdy than I had assumed. Absolutely nothing to do with the product but I’m using about 4 gas canisters per sponge, no idea how much replacement gas will be in the future but whilst a wonderful product you must take into account the cost of the gas
