I’m really happy with these Elite Sports BJJ spats!! They’re super comfortable and move really well during training. The fabric is stretchy, breathable, and doesn’t feel tight or stiff. They also stay in place, which is huge when you’re rolling and don’t want to keep adjusting your gear. The quality feels solid and they’ve held up great so far. Overall, really good spats for the price and definitely something I’d recommend for BJJ or MMA training.

We went with a men’s size small, and the fit was absolutely perfect. I bought these for my son’s wrestling camp and he says he likes the material. So comfortable. Very soft and not tight and uncomfortable but stay in place during practice. He says he sweats but the material keeps him dry and are cool on his skin. It’s affordable but very good quality. I’ve already washed them but it didn’t shrink or lose its shape at all. Would definitely recommend for purchase.
