They fit my 2006. I have steel inners, and aluminum outers also. You will need to get “acorn” style tapered lug nuts. 60 degree conical, IIRC.

yes, they should. I put them on a 96 pickup, and the bolt pattern is the same 8x6.5. One think you will need to be aware of. The alignment pin, a small pin on Ford Dually axles located between wheel studs, will be an issue. This pin is used to align the holes in the inner wheel, usually steel, and the outer wheel, in this case, aluminum. The alignment is necessary for brake cooling. Well, the Aluminum wheel you are buying does not have the alignment hole. I knew this, and chose to remove the alignment pin from the axle. It's now on me to insure the hole alignment. You have another choice, and that is to drill a small hole through the new aluminum wheel, (In the right place of course).
