Absolutely fantastic! Bought resistance bands and the door anchor has helped massively with a varied exercise structure. Didn't expect much with it been so cheap but it's probably just as good as the expensive ones.

If only they'd stitched the strap that runs through the hole in the correct way, it would be a great buy.The rubber/foam stopper seems really sturdy & would protect the door. The way the attachment strap sits means the stopper rests against your door with the hard plastic bit that's inside the foam stopper, rather than the nice thick foam being against your door frame.I guess you get what you pay for

Great for use with resistance bands no excuses while in Lock down. Perfectly fits in pocket or bag so can take anywhere
