Premium Live Oak Leaf Litter Isopod Substrate Terrarium Bedding (1/2 Gallon)

I've been using this particular leaf litter for a while now. I buy it for my frogs terrarium and for my gecko too and it's good quality and cheaper than ones found in reptile shops. One bag more than covers my terrarium floor (36in wide 18in deep)

Great leaf litter! I was hoping to find small leaves in bulk and these work great! I haven't even used the whole bag so it should last a while.These seem really nice so far. They don't snag on my box turtle like other leaves have so she doesn't drag them all into one spot/the water dish. Definitely should work with bioactive isopods/springtails if people go that route. I'm planning on adding some eventually.Great topper for mix I use. (Reptisoil / topsoil / moss / excavator clay / cypress mulch mix)No odd smell or issues with them. Appeared as intended.

I’ve ordered this product twice now, and have to say that it’s definitely worth it. You get a great amount of leaf litter for the price.

I love this leaf litter. Its a good price and it smells lovely. I use it in my jumping spider enclosures, my tarantula enclosure, my fish tank, my snail tank, and I am going to use it in a terrarium I'm building. I will warn you: if you use them in a tank, they release a TON of tannins. I reduced this by soaking the leaves for about 2 days, draining the water, rinsing the leaves, and then adding them to my tank. I love the look. It gives my veg eating fish something to munch on and gives such a cool natural look. They also help in my jumping spider enclosures with keeping moisture in the soil.

You get a lot of leaf litter, and the bag i got was totally clean! I did bake about half of the amount i used for my isopod tank just to crumble it easier but it wasn't needed at all for sanitation!

Quality leaf litter at affordable price. Would much rather get this then ordering else where. Leaf size is perfect for my enclosures and minimal dust

Worked out well for me and is a lot easier than harvesting & going thru the process of sanitizing.I lay it on thick & it helps hold moisture in my live moss

Smells rather nice! Leaves are mostly intact and perfect for bioactive enclosures. I used mine for a jumping spider enclosure and am very happy with it.
