I may have used it 30 times and the return or recoil of the bar started to slack to the point that it remained half way out, contacting the company, they told me to fix it my self. That was impossible, the screws are so far recessed that I can not get the screws out to fix it. No return policy and no phone number and no way to directly contact company except through email . i am so up set I bought this device to counteract the depression of covid isolation and this has depressed me further . boycot this company .

I am so happy I got this it was easy to put together and it folds up for storage.

Do not buy this product! It will break within 3 months of having it and then trying to get it fixed is horrendous. Mine broke within 2 months, Bluefin originally told me to fix it myself when I contacted their customer support. After them finally realising that you cannot just ‘fix’ a snapped bungee cord they agreed for me to return it (this alone took weeks). They then had it for 1 month to fix it, finally returned it and now more bits are broken than when we sent it back. All in all a terrible experience and a complete waste of £600 and 4 months of my life!

This machine is massively overpriced, as I thought that I was purchasing a high quality machine. After 1 month of used, the following faults have developed;-Very noisy action, including a loud knocking noise when in the extended position whilst rowing-Creaking seat-The whole front of the machine rocks when rowing-Finally, the band is now only retracting about 75% of the way back into the machine, rendering it impossible to rowDealings with the support line went along these lines;-My machine has developed a knocking noise-Okay, send us a video and we will get our technicians to look at it-Thanks for the video, we will get back to you shortly-Weeks later; Any news on the knocking issue?-Please send us a video and we will look at itUrggggg!

Totally agree with the other 1-star review. Mine never worked - a welding issue stopped it being assembled. Same response - they will "send me parts". No ability to call them. Weeks of my life wasted, threats of legal action finally drew a response from them. Wanted me to pay to ship the faulty item back them, then finally advised them about UK law regarding the return of faulty products. Then UPS lost it, and that was somehow my problem, with my refund linked to them finding it, even though they arranged for the UPS collection.Still awaiting my "fast track refund" three days later. CHAPS payment, anyone?AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really happy with this purchase. The house has never been so clean as I’m spending all day cleaning to procrastinate from using this machine. I joke though, I am so glad I have this rowing machine, maybe the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. It was easy enough to move and assemble on my own. It feels incredibly sturdy. The fact that it folds for storage is a massive plus. The tension levels are great and I really feel the workout! I use other rowing machines a lot whilst in the gym but could not find the one I am used to available to buy just now. I wasn’t familiar with this brand and it seemed like an expensive purchase for equipment I wasn’t familiar with, but I’m so happy I did it! Time will tell how it holds up, but things are good so far!Remember to buy some AAA batteries for the display screen.One thing I’m not so happy with is all the polystyrene that comes with it, maybe it’s unavoidable due to the weight of the pieces but I wonder if there could be a more eco packaging component used in the future.

Really nice solid piece of kit and easy enough to put together but does need a second pair of hands. The blue tooth functionality isn’t great and I couldn’t get it to mesh with the screen but the screen functions on their own are fine. Overall really good.
