I have bought many nail drills before but this one is by far the best I've ever had. I love this professional nail drill. It works great, just like the one used at nail salons. I use this when I fill in my acrylic nails, and it files and shapes the nails excellently.I highly recommend this to anyone, great product and price. It's basically paid for itself already after doing my nails a couple times, and I don’t need to go to nail salons anymore.

I originally posted a great review for this product, but since then, things have changed. One day the drill just didn't turn back on. I took very good care of the drill so it's definitely not user error. While the drill is a cheap price, I still feel like it's a waste of my money. Sometimes cheap isn't better.When it did work, it had a lot of vibration on the handle, so therefore there was a lot of vibration while using on clients. Heats up very quickly because of that. If this is your first drill, and you don't have a lot of experience with drills, then it's not so bad. Other than the whole breaking thing.**EDIT**Opened it up and noticed that the soldering of the connections was done very poorly and/or lazely, re-soldered all of the connections and now it turns on again. So if this happens to you, don't waste time and money trying to return it or replace it. It took just a coupe minutes and saved me money. I feel like it should have been done right from the start so that paying customers don't have to fix it or buy a new one.

This comes with several heads and a shaver. Due to a mishap, I have a nail growing out oddly. I didn't want to use a regular file with a rough sawing motion. If you pay attention, and with care, there are enough of a variety of heads to address shaping, smoothing and filing. It did a good job.I like that it has multiple speeds, and best, is battery operated therefore truly portable. The corded ones are difficult to use.The only con is that it's made of very lightweight plastic, which didn't seem to hinder its operation. However, I'm concerned that if I drop it, it may crack or shatter. I'll be sure to use it over a towel or soft surface. Also, I'm concerned whether repeatedly changing heads will loosen the connectors.But for the price and occasional it will be just fine to use it to file/buff nails and smooth out calluses.Easy to operate BUT pay attention, especially near cuticles. It is a grinding tool and it can damage the nail bed.Overall, I like it. It's convenient, compact, portable, easy to use and gets the job done.This is definitely not for long periods of use or for acrylic nails. A little touch up maybe but not the full process of grinding for acrylic or gel nails.I doubt there are replacement heads but they ones included are all somewhat interchangeable. It depends on your technique.This would make a cute inexpensive gift for a teenager or adult. Personally, I think NOT someone under 14 or 15 or work poor vision or sensory perception (like a diabetic). Just my opinion.

In this case the saying you get what you pay for is WRONG !!! You get more then your moneys worth changeable speeds easy to use n the multiple tips make every job doable. Definitely recommend it !!

It's not worth your money. I've only been able to successfully use it maybe 3 times. Every other time I've used it, it doesn't work and there is nothing wrong with where it's plugged in at either

I had an issue with the drill that was sent to me, it did not work. The customer service department reached out to me and apologized to me for receiving a faulty drill. They gave me a full refund and replaced the item at no cost to me. This is great customer service. I received the new drill and it works great.
