No it doesn't have anything as such.

Is this just the glass or whole back cover? Do you choose the color of your current phone to match or can you choose any color you want?

The whole back glass, and you can chose the color to match your phone or go with a different one. It also comes with some tools to help you take off the back glass, but it was a little more difficult than the instructions say.

Based on the way that it fits and uses the original adhesive, I would think so. However, being that YOU are doing it, it would not be warranteed. Also, even though I did good work, I am not willing to test my own phone's waterproof-ness.
