School of Wok - Stainless Steel Wok Spatula

The edge is much too sharp. Scraped the seasoning off my wok (down to bare metal) and into the food I was cooking (most unappetizing). Tossed it after one use.

This spatula is awful. The eye hole to hang it up on the wall is exactly where your hand is supposed to go when using the spatula. This eye hole is drilled into a super long and sharp "shank" that sticks out of the top, rendering it useless for any maneuvering other than holding it definitively where the finger slots are. I literally held it for a minute and then returned it for a refund. Unsure how this got good reviews, it's unusable for any moderately serious wok cooking.

Spedizione perfetta. La paletta è molto bella e soprattutto molto robusta. Avrei preferito che in quelle misure avesse il fine manico in legno per evitare il surriscaldamento. Ma il suo peggior difetto è che dovrebbe adattarsi perfettamente a qualunque wok però forse si adatterebbe meglio al wok della stessa serie: infatti con il mio, acquistato in un negozio di prodotti asiatici, e fatto di ferro (carbon steel), succede che ad ogni giro della paletta lo graffia in maniera vistosa e perdurante. Magari è normale, non avendo esperienza in materia non saprei dare un giudizio più preciso. Per usarlo lo uso, però mi spiace...
