I ordered these replacement pointers because they were supposed to be specific to my Elitebook 840. The do not fit the stick at all. I was able to dig my original out of the vacuum contents and took a side by side to show how different they are. Don’t waste your money.

Is not compatible with HP Elitebook 850 G2
The product description stated that this is compatible with the HP Elitebook 850 G2. It is not. The hole is slightly larger than it needs to be, so the button keeps falling off.
