This is the real stuff, it's really made in Italy. Its so delicious. I have it on subscribe & save for every 2 months. I have a special space in my freezer for it.

Taste just like at authentic Italian restaurant
This was so worth it. I got the idea to get this for my husband for Christmas when we ate at an Italian restaurant for our anniversary this fall. It is absolutely amazing. It came with a cold pack and vacuum sealed. I opted to spend a little more for the Oxo brand grater which has a seal and cap to keep it fresh. The taste and texture is on point. I want to put it on everything lol. I keep it in a glass Tupperware in the fridge. Love it so much. Thank you.

Oddly Soft
Oddly soft. Normally it takes effort to get Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated. This one grated too easily, almost like a brick of generic cheddar. The flavor was also much milder than I was expecting, especially for a 24 month aged version. A minor sheen of oil was felt and seen, something unexpected for a hard cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano. It oddly lacked the crystals that are super common for Parmigiano Reggiano. Overall, a good value for the money. Not bad by any stretch. I personally prefer bolder flavor (and harder texture), but I'm sure there are those who would prefer a softer and more mild flavor like this one. I'd recommend this for someone planning on using it on a hot pasta dish, which could help mask the softness, and where bold flavor is not wanted.
