(6) 32 oz. Amber Plastic Beer or Beverage Growler - 6 Pack of Bottles & Caps

The bottles themselves are fine but there is a packaging problem. I ordered 3 sets of 6 per pack. In each pack 1/2 or more were crushed in the upper large area of the bottle. It required using compressed air to blow the bottle back in shape. Many would not pop out cleanly and left dents. Still functional but not attractive. They came shrink wrapped in the group of 6 which may be crushing the bottles. It was too late to return as I did not open until ready to bottle. Probably won't order again.

I use these for my water kefir. I like that I can tell by just feeling of the bottle when it has built up enough fizz that it's time to put it in the refrigerator. I have read too much about the swing top glass bottles exploding that it has scared me away from them. The only thing I would like different is for them to make some clear growler bottles. Overall I like these though and would encourage anyone that is afraid of the glass for their water kefir to give these a try.

I use these bottles with a carbacap to force carb small quantities of beer to bring to friends, homebrew meetings, and on trips. They have worked very well for me at 30 psi but I had one bottle fail on me. The bottle cracked at the bottom, spewing beer all over me, the kegerator, floor, walls, blinds, couch, you name it. Since then I have been force carbing them with 20 psi and have not had any issues. Just warning anyone that wants to do the same. DO NOT USE 30 PSI OR ABOVE!!

I have had these growlers for 6 months and I have been able to reuse them numerous times, and they are still holding up. Two of them are getting a cracking appearance but for price it's okay. I did put one of them in dishwasher to see how it would do, and I would not recommend that. I would buy again. I agree with previous reviewer I would love for these to come in clear.

These are good bottles, I used them to help finish of a keg of some Ramstein Maibock and the beer flavor was not impacted and the bottles sealed well. A few came with dents hence only 4 stars, but the dents will come out and the ones that did I see come out no scarring so it manageable. Would recommend for those looking for lighter weight solution and no insulation.

I am using these for home brewing. I greatly prefer less bottles to prepare, and 32oz is a good compromise. I am on my 3rd re-use, and no issues. Obviously these will not have as many re-uses as a glass growler.

I got these for homebrew. They look great and the plastic is a little thicker than other plastic bottles I have tried. I like to bottle a little of each brew in plastic. It is nice to be able to sqeeze the bottle to make sure it is carbonating properly, and some places do not allow glass (one of my favorite beaches). I just ordered a couple more sets for my next beer.

Really appreciate standard caps that fit other type plastic beer bottles. Filling was a little more difficult than standard beer bottle. Thickness and quality of molding looks very good.
