Q: How many calories per tablespoon?

I have just checked the tub, it does'nt mention calories. But it can't be very high because the fat content is only 0.1g of which is saturated. Protein 0.5g,and salt 0.59g. But having said all that the main thing I know about this soup it's really tasty. Hope this helps you.

Q: Can you use this in a mug like a cup-a-soup?

I wouldn't advise it! If you read the instructions it requires boiling water for a start; and I am afraid that most people use water way lower than that. Just be patient and make it in saucepan and let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken and release the flavours. By all means have it in a cup; but give it a chance!

Very nice flavour. Personally, I use it as a drink with a sandwich. You only need one heaped teaspoon and hot water, give it a good stir, and you're away.
