I thought that I was going to have my own storage space in the shower since it is at a minimum living in a family of four. This product is absolutely worthless. When I initially set it on the wall, i was surprised at how secure it felt. Mounted it to a flat, clean shiny and flat wall. I waited over 12 hours which is the recommended time on the instruction before placinf a 38 fl oz bottle of body wash in the holder. Right before my eyes it started to pull away from the wall. I then re-cleaned the wall and the back of the FRANK. I re-applied it to the wall and placed a 8 fl oz container of body was along with a 7 oz can of shaving cream inside it. The next day, it was sitting on the shower floor. Tried it several more times with the same result. Complete waste of money. Not sure if it can be returned du to not having the packaging any longer. Not worth the money.

Have light plastic shower tiling which caused this product to fall off the wall even with nothing being held up. Consider the weight you’ll be putting on this and the the type of surface you are sticking it to... works great on mirrors.

I love this brand but hate this particular product. I have one that holds my razor and toothbrush and one that holds other items so I was looking for one to hold my shampoo. It does not hold the weight of 2 regular shampoo/conditioner bottles as advertised. The other products work on my shower walls just fine so I know it isn’t a surface issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep the packaging so I can’t return.

I think the product is a good idea but the adhesion didn't work as I expected. I think you need a perfectly flat surface as any seams between tiles seem to disrupt the adhesion (their other smaller items which I don't have over seams adhere fine). I also thought it would be able to fit more items, can only fit one Jack Black shampoo bottle in it.

We have ordered several different styles from this company. I am currently using this larger holder for my shampoo and conditioner. I also have the razor holder and the hook. We use the hook for our bathing suits in the summer or my washcloth type thing. It sticks really well in our shower and we have glazed tiles. We just had our bathrooms redone and the niche that was made literally holds nothing, well maybe enough for my husband’s stuff. These blend in well and do the trick!

As others have mentioned, the smaller units like the hooks, razor holder and mirror work best due to less interruptions in surface therefore more adhesion. I could never get this unit to create a suction vacuum and stay put. Eventually a thin film developed on the back caused by condensation creeping through gaps between the tile and grout, and that was the end of this products usefulness. Also don’t expect to fit a 32oz container, weight and size is too much for this product. May get away with 18 to 24oz, if you’re able to get a full seal on a 10x10 or larger tile.

Did not stick to the wall as advertised. I followed the instructions about washing with warm soap and water etc. I have a flat, marble tile shower (4 in squares) which is smooth. The product crosses a few thin grout lines but I would have thought it would stick.I just have it sitting on the ground now and it’s starting to mildew. Not worth the trouble to return. Very disappointed. Bought the mirror too which I AM happy with.
