Is there alcohol in this

Two Zzzquil products also contain 10% alcohol to help as a sleep aid. The alcohol-containing Zzzquil products are: ZzzQuil Calming Vanilla Cherry Liquid ZzzQuil Warming Berry Liquid The other Zzzquil products that do not contain alcohol include the Zzzquil capsules and any Zzzquil liquid that is specifically labeled alcohol-free.

Looks to me like one 6 oz. bottle (don't know what 12z is). There are boxes sold with 2 - 12 oz. bottles that I have purchased elsewhere, in fact at the market. That was the case with my last purchase

What's the expiration date?

There is virtually no "sell buy" date for this product. That's not to say that it's going to be effective ten years (or such) after purchase. Hope this helps.

Does the 30ml give you a hangover? Thanks

I have been using it for over ten years and have never noticed a feeling of hangover. However, I started taking it as a recommendation from my neurologist because it is not contraindicated to my AEDs (Anti Epileptic Drugs) and stopped my prescription sleeping med that was leaving me with that feeling. I also take Advid PM to help me sleep due to living in chronic pain because I broke my back in 1977 and it isn’t contraindicated either. Many of us use ZQuil and Advil PM and have for years. Consult your physician and always follow directions. Do not take too late and wake too early. I am totally disabled due to the Epilepsy so don’t follow an alarm clock. But naturally wake each AM at 0645-0700 after normally sleeping seven hours average. No sz’s after six years. But will take my AEDs lifetime and VNS was removed.
