I have been so impressed with how quickly effective this product is. As soon as I feel or see a pimple forming, I put the spot treatment on it and most often it is gone by the next day. I no longer have the huge pimples that last DAYS. I've used other products in the past for pesky pimples, but nothing works like this. I highly recommend it. The container is small, but it lasts awhile.

This stuff works really well. I had several flare ups on my face and after just a few uses the spots calmed down a lot and were gone after a couple of days. The product feels great on breakouts, there is a nice cooling sensation. Based off the container I expected this to be more of a cream than liquid. Also, it says scentless but the witch hazel does carry a smell. It isn’t unpleasant but definitely has an odor. Overall a great product and has helped keep my breakouts at bay.

Before using Brickell I had two spots on my face which were dark and very noticeable as a result of a recent acne outbreak. I was somewhat skeptical of any treatment that is intended to reduce blemishes for acne. I started using Brickell' s Acne Controlling Spot Treatment in February, and just a few weeks later I am seeing impressive results. One spot is all but gone, and the other has clearly faded since I started using Brickell. The area feels much smoother now, and so far I haven't had any new outbreaks. I've attached a photo of what the area looks like now. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo before I started using, but the two spots were significantly darker. Will definitely keep using and will buy again. Thank you Brickell!!

I purchased this with the intent of using it to treat acne that breaks out with shaving. I used as directed and it has cleared up the area on my neck that has been an issue forever. Don’t have many other breakouts but seems to do well with the odd pimple.Would prefer it come in a different container though, quite watery so be careful opening the little tub.

I have very sensitive skin and often have breakouts due to sweat , sun, and exercise. I decided to give the spot treatment a go since I’m very familiar with the other products Brickell has to offerThe good: This stuff is potent. It has leaves a sensation comparable to a strong spearmint on your face that you can actually feel working. It broke down a few acne bumps I had literally overnight. I also found an alternate use for this stuff. I got a bad razor burn on the back of my neck after a haircut. I put this stuff on the area for a few days and it was like it never existed after a week. I love the fact that the sport treatment has a runny texture. A little goes a long way and the jar could easily last for a few months.The bad: This stuff, in my opinion, is not for people with sensitive skin. although it cleared up my acne bumps, it did so with the cost of burning my face and leaving black marks where the pimples were. The black marks are fading back to my original skin tone, but it was an unsightly sight for about a week. For that reason alone I would recommend this to someone else with less sensitive skin, but I would not use it again on myself.

I find that these spot treatments rarely do anything. This product actually diminishes spots and you see results pretty quickly. Since I had a spot near my nose, I rubbed the cream into the nose/cheek crevice without thinking much about it. Suddenly the skin was dry and irritated. I've been careful to only put the product on the spot and everything has been fine. This isn't necessarily a negative because it highlighted the fact that the spot treatment is doing something and having an effect. I highly recommend this product.

Another great product by Brickell. My husband loves all their stuff. Highly recommend it for the men out there!

I’ve used the spot treatment on a few blemishes over the last couple of weeks. As other reviews have noted, you do feel a bit of burning/sting right after applying. Depending on the frequency and location of application, I could see it drying your skin out. I feel it’s kept a couple of pimples from getting bigger and helped them go away faster. Please note the consistency is liquid, which may catch you off guard when unscrewing the lid of the canister.
